നൈപുണ്യങ്ങളെ സുസ്ഥിര ഉപജീവനമാർഗങ്ങളാക്കി മാറ്റുന്നു
The Santhwanam Teddy Bear Manufacturing Unit, established at Nazareth Centre, Mullurkkara, is a flagship women's livelihood initiative. It promotes sustainable employment through skill development, entrepreneurship, and collective enterprise. This project is a collaboration between the Archdiocese of Thrissur, Body Gear International Pvt. Ltd., and the CSR initiative of South Indian Bank.
മുല്ലൂർക്കര നസ്രേത്ത് സെന്ററിൽ ആരംഭിച്ച സാന്ത്വനം ടെഡി ബിയർ നിർമ്മാണ യൂണിറ്റ് വനിതകൾക്കായുള്ള സുസ്ഥിരമായ ഒരു ഉപജീവന പദ്ധതിയാണ്. തൃശൂർ അതിരൂപത, ബോഡി ഗിയർ ഇന്റർനാഷണൽ, സൗത്ത് ഇന്ത്യൻ ബാങ്ക് എന്നിവയുടെ സംയുക്ത സംരംഭമായാണ് ഈ പ്രോജക്ട് നടപ്പിലാക്കുന്നത്.
The unit creates dignified livelihood opportunities for rural women, particularly members of Self-Help Groups (SHGs), by providing structured training and hands-on manufacturing experience.
ഗ്രാമീണ വനിതകൾക്ക്, പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് സ്വയംസഹായ സംഘങ്ങളിലെ (SHG) അംഗങ്ങൾക്ക്, മികച്ച പരിശീലനവും തൊഴിൽ സാഹചര്യവും ഒരുക്കി നൽകുന്നതിലൂടെ അവർക്ക് മാന്യമായ വരുമാനം ഉറപ്പാക്കാൻ ഈ യൂണിറ്റിന് സാധിക്കുന്നു.
Designed to support 100 women, the initiative equips participants with technical skills, workplace discipline, and professional quality standards. By combining skill development with income generation, the project enhances economic independence and strengthens family well-being.
നൂറോളം സ്ത്രീകൾക്ക് തൊഴിൽ നൽകാൻ ലക്ഷ്യമിട്ടുള്ള ഈ പദ്ധതി, അവർക്ക് ആവശ്യമായ സാങ്കേതിക വിദ്യകളും ഗുണമേന്മയുള്ള ഉൽപ്പന്നങ്ങൾ നിർമ്മിക്കാനുള്ള പരിശീലനവും നൽകുന്നു. സാമ്പത്തിക സ്വയംപര്യാപ്തതയിലൂടെ ഓരോ കുടുംബത്തിന്റെയും ഉന്നമനമാണ് ഇതിലൂടെ ലക്ഷ്യമിടുന്നത്.
The production unit functions in technical collaboration with the Wild Republic Teddy Bear Manufacturing Unit, Muvattupuzha, ensuring that the products meet global quality standards. Body Gear International Pvt. Ltd. manages production planning, quality control, and marketing support.
മൂവാറ്റുപുഴയിലെ വൈൽഡ് റിപ്പബ്ലിക് ടെഡി ബിയർ യൂണിറ്റുമായി സഹകരിച്ചാണ് ഇതിന്റെ സാങ്കേതിക വശങ്ങൾ നിയന്ത്രിക്കുന്നത്. ഉൽപ്പന്നങ്ങളുടെ നിലവാരം ഉറപ്പാക്കുന്നതിലും വിപണനത്തിലും ബോഡി ഗിയർ ഇന്റർനാഷണൽ പിന്തുണ നൽകുന്നു.
