The GDA Programme prepares unemployed youth, particularly women and economically disadvantaged candidates, for careers in the healthcare sector. The course offers theoretical and practical training in patient care, infection control, first aid, and basic nursing assistance.
നിർധനരായ യുവതി യുവാക്കൾക്ക് ആരോഗ്യ മേഖലയിൽ മികച്ച തൊഴിൽ നൽകുന്നതിനായി രൂപകൽപ്പന ചെയ്തതാണ് ജി.ഡി.എ. പ്രോഗ്രാം. രോഗീ പരിചരണം, പ്രഥമശുശ്രൂഷ, ഇൻഫെക്ഷൻ കൺട്രോൾ, നഴ്‌സിംഗ് അസിസ്റ്റൻസ് എന്നിവയിൽ പ്രായോഗിക പരിശീലനം ഇതിലൂടെ നൽകുന്നു.
Participants receive classroom learning along with clinical exposure in hospitals. Upon completion, they find opportunities in home care, rehabilitation, and palliative units.

To prepare young people for the future of work, Santhwanam has introduced an AI Skills Programme. It equips participants with digital competencies including Generative AI applications, Prompt Engineering, and digital productivity tools.
സാങ്കേതിക വിദ്യയുടെ വളർച്ചയ്ക്ക് അനുസൃതമായി യുവജനങ്ങളെ പ്രാപ്തരാക്കുന്നതിനായി എ.ഐ. (Artificial Intelligence) സ്കിൽസ് പ്രോഗ്രാം ആരംഭിച്ചു. ജനറേറ്റീവ് എ.ഐ, പ്രോംപ്റ്റ് എൻജിനീയറിംഗ് തുടങ്ങിയ നൂതന വിഷയങ്ങളിൽ ഇതിലൂടെ പരിശീലനം നൽകുന്നു.

Our initiatives bridge the gap between education and employment by integrating technical training with life skills. Participants receive training in interview techniques, résumé preparation, and career planning to secure dignified employment.
